I like the analogies of the husband saying one thing, but not demonstrating anything, and the boss who pressures his people for results - without really leading.  I think we&#039;ve all been there in one form or another in our lives.  It&#039;s a conscious decision whether to take inspired action, or just sit around and be pessimistic.  
One thing I&#039;ve realized about myself, is on my deathbed, I don&#039;t want any regrets.</description>
