I was hanging out with my kids the other night and we were talking about all sorts of cool stuff. We were laughing and having a wonderful time, as we often do in our crazy household. Take a Second to Become the Best
The idea of being the best at something will no doubt stir all of us in some way. Try this little exercise – think about the concept of being the best for a moment - what feelings comes over you or what pictures pop into your head?
